Warranty
You can make a claim if the noticed defect existed at the time of purchase and is not a defect caused by use.
• In the case of a manufacturer’s warranty, the period specified by the manufacturer applies. Contact the manufacturer directly (the process takes less time) or our store (the process takes longer).
• In the case of a statutory warranty, you have 2 years from the date of purchase. Contact our store.

Returns
You can make a return (withdrawal from the sales contract) without having to give a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. Contact our store. Once the return has been approved, we will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
